Internet access is $13.99 here. Yowser.
Last night we got to our hotel around 10:15 Vegas time, or after 1 AM in Indiana. We threw our stuff into our room and headed out, and boy is it crowded. I guess the NCAA tournament weekend may not be the best time to go to Vegas.
We walked around and found that all the craps were either too expensive (I really prefer $10 tables or less) so I went to roulette while Doug went to slots. Doug came back, and I had a lot more chips. I like roulette.
I was up $40 bucks from my $60, so I headed the craps table. I like craps. I like making friends at the craps table. There is craps table love.
So from my original $60 bucks, I walked away three hours later with $500. And I had a lot of fun. I made friends with some Danish people, who are always great to party with. I rolled like crap (probably should have just passed) but I made money on all the other rolls and walked away happy.
The bad part about winning on the first night is that you have the rest of the trip to lose it.
